be pushing you hard to get over the hurdles of starting &/or
improving your own successful business. Your job as CEO is
to get your business working hard for you!
You will be required to:
• Finish all of your assigned missions in this bootcamp
• Complete a solid business plan including financial
plan
• Develop a team of advisors for your unique business
needs
• Prepare and implement a cost effective marketing strategy
• Complete a leadership skills assessment
• Systemize & outsource daily tasks not suited for

CYBF lends on character, not collateral.
This program is intended for young people starting a small
business who do not qualify for conventional financing.
In combination with a mandatory mentoring program, CYBF
provides aspiring entrepreneurs with start-up financing
of up to $15,000. This program features low interest rates,
a flexible 3 - 5 year payment schedule, and no principal
payments for year one.
Criteria:
Between the ages of 18 and 34*
Must have a viable business plan with 2-year cash flow
projections
Legally eligible to work in Canada (landed immigrants
accepted)
Not a full-time student
Training or experience relevant to business start-up
Agree to work with a mentor for a minimum of 2 years
Business start-up should lead to full-time employment
Business is new or less than 1 year old
Applicants will be subject to a CYBF credit check
No bankruptcies within the past 5 years
CYBF will review applicants without a credit history
* If business partner(s) are over the age
34, then the qualifying CYBF applicant must own 51% of
the voting shares of the business.
